Specialty Services

Our Team of residential and IC&I appraisers include professionals with expertise in the following niche markets of valuation.

Foreclosure/Court Ordered Sale

Our team of residential and IC&I appraisers have extensive experience in the valuation of property for purposes of court ordered sale and foreclosure. These rules change effective July 1, 2010, with expert reports required to follow Rule 11‐6. This change will require a higher level of detail within appraisal reports, including the appraiser’s qualifications and greater detail outlining the scope of data relied upon. Disclosure and lead time for service of expert reports are also affected by these changes. Be sure your appraiser is aware of these new rules before engaging an appraisal report.
