Our appraisers have a wide range of real estate
appraisal and consulting experience and have been
actively appraising property in the local markets
over the past 16 years. During this time, we have
personally completed in excess of 60,000 appraisals
for all of the chartered banks, credit unions,
various trust companies, local mortgage brokers,
and private lenders throughout the Lower Mainland
and Fraser Valley. Our years of experience have
helped us to develop a good working relationship
with our clients. This relationship in turn has
created a trust between client and appraiser,
which is necessary for our opinions to be relied
upon.
