Prior to ordering an appraisal for financing purposes,
it is prudent to advise the appraisal firm of
the name of the lender/institution which is to
rely upon the report. Also, we suggest advising
the lender of the appraisal firm chosen, as many
lender policies dictate the appraisal must be
ordered by the lender directly. The following
